I strive to help individuals stay motivated by focusing on what they have control over, learning new skills to bring life back into balance and gain confidence in themselves and their ability to succeed.
My knowledge and experience includes medical and bariatric weight loss, depression and anxiety, stress management, relationship concerns, setting healthy boundaries, communication and conflict resolution, spiritual issues, life transitions and adjustments and grief and loss.
