I specialize in assisting adults who are struggling to manage high levels of stress. I have many years of experience working with adults in all stages of life and provide therapy for individuals struggling with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Mood disorders, Chronic pain and Trauma. I am able to take Aetna, Premera, Regence and Cigna and United Healthcare insurances for in person visits. All other insurances I can take via telehealth through MTG. You deserve to feel better!
