I specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, pregnancy, and postpartum challenges, and relational issues.
In our sessions, we will work together to help you create a greater connection to yourself, leading to more ease in your life. I utilize a mix of talk therapy as well as bringing in my training as a yoga teacher to heal through the mind-body connection.
