Making the decision to begin therapy can be difficult. The world is a very difficult place to be right now and I am going to help navigate it with you. Now that you're here this will be your safe place to share your thoughts and feelings as we start to untangle all of the excess baggage you've been carrying around for who knows how long that just weighing you down. Together we will come up with a plan to get you back to a place of good health and happiness.

I have worked in the counseling field in some capacity for more than 20 years. I've done client counseling, management, been a Recipient Rights Officer and done Crisis Intervention. In any of those positions, the client was always the priority. I'm eclectic in my therapy style but my specialty is forming strong therapeutic relationships with my clients.

When I see a client for the first time I spend the first session letting the client talk and get their story out. A person usually just needs to talk and have someone really listen. I am here in a supportive role. I want to develop a relationship with clients where they feel safe and open to share. I want my clients to look forward to their next session.
