Thank you for taking time to view my profile. Being a mental health care provider is a calling and a passion. Healing from the effects of trauma, perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns, anxiety, and depression is possible. The healing journey is different for each person and I will patiently walk alongside my clients each step of the way. I also provide premarital counseling, family therapy, and have experience with parenting assistance and spiritual health.
My counseling room is a sacred space in which my clients can know that they are safe to say what they need to say and be themselves. EMDR is effective in treating PTSD, reducing the effects of guilt and shame, and increasing self-awareness. I also provide couples and premarital counseling.
