I am only accepting new clients who are adults age 18 and older. At this time, I am not taking new clients who are children or adolescents.
I specialize in helping people manage: stress, anxiety (always feeling worried and have trouble relaxing), workplace issues (professional exhaustion or burnout, interpersonal conflicts, communication issues), caregiver stress (caring for older adults or people with conditions or impairments), perfectionism, ADHD and/or depression.
I'm a Christian and have over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist and professional speaker, 13 as a certified health coach, and seven as a small business owner and business consultant. I've helped thousands of people by combining my knowledge in all these areas to provide you the best comprehensive care so you can feel better quickly.
