As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor focused on helping those who seek help, I earned certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (for trauma related issues), and Parent Coaching (for parents of struggling adolescents or young adults). I am also trained in Exposure Therapy for helping those with OCD overcome their daily challenges.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all solution. I believe hard work pays off, and that therapy doesn’t end just because the session does. We’ll work together to design a treatment plan with measurable goals to check against to ensure our time together is spent effectively.
