I am most drawn to mind-body approaches, rooted in the science of attachment theory, family systems and neurobiology. I have advanced trainings in EFT, Somatica Method and the Hakomi Method. I also have trainings, knowledge and skills in somatic trauma healing methods, self-care, and mindfulness.
