It is self-preservation.” I draw upon my experience as a registered yoga instructor and certified clinical trauma professional to assist you in navigating life's many challenges, finding your inner resilience, and coming back into alignment.
By creating a safe space for self-expression, teaching coping strategies for overwhelming emotions, emphasizing self-care practices, and reframing sensitivity as a strength; I aim to empower women to live fulfilling lives that honor their true selves.
