I work with women, couples and families that are looking for more peace in their lives. I utilize a client-centered, solution focused approach which emphasizes trauma-informed, holistic care. My treatment specialties include perinatal mental health, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, grief and loss, Anxiety, Depression, couple's counseling and parenting.
