Therapy is a journey and lived experience. The connection, empowerment, and shifts I get to be apart of are what keep me motivated and striving to be the therapist that I am. My hope is to empower clients through connection and collaboration and I feel honored to be invited on your journey. In my free time, I practice self-care through my own therapeutic journey, I enjoy playing and watching hockey, I enjoy hiking in the Foothills, I take my dog “Bella" to her favorite places, and spend time with my closest friends and family. Should you invite me on your journey, I hope to help you to reach your therapeutic goals.
My areas of specialties include mood and anxiety disorder, eating disorders, and I have a background in domestic violence and family abuse treatment. I also work with those who have experienced trauma, are struggling with personality disorders, and those who need guidance to return to their own path of happiness and wellness.
