It takes strength to seek help. My goal is to build a safe, non-judgmental environment, where we can explore your inner and outer worlds together to find insight and strength. I work with adults coming in a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. Together we will develop a plan to meet your goals using techniques and tools that work for you.
I do therapy on Zoom. Teletherapy should feel private and safe even at home. This is me in my office which is what you'll see on camera.
During our sessions, I take a mind-body approach where we collaborate investigating factors keeping you from success. Using a mix of treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and meditation / mindfulness-based treatments, we’ll explore how to reach your goals.
