I specialize in helping those struggling with eating disorders, body image, trauma, athletes, anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health (pregnancy/postpartum), a life transition or some overlap of these struggles. My approach is LGBTQIA+ affirming and rooted in the principles of HAES/anti-diet culture.
