I am a a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience as a therapist and leader. I have extensive experience in helping clients with historical trauma, parenting and the postpartum period, stress, depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, and loss. My counseling approach emphasizes non-judgment and building rapport as critical to success in working with my clients. I absolutely believe that you are the expert on your own story and I can walk with you to assist you in making the changes you want to make.
I use an eclectic approach with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused techniques with many clients. I believe in meeting you where you are and working on your measurable goals as a pathway to improve your mental and emotional wellness.
