I’m so happy you’ve taken the step to search for a therapist. I believe that therapy should be a safe, open, and collaborative space for you to work through what you are currently experiencing. I am here to work with individuals that are experiencing difficult life experiences, big life changes, and those that are seeking to understand more about themselves, their emotions, and behaviors. I strive to have my clients feel heard and understood. Everyone is going through something unique and I like to build a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship to understand those unique needs.
I enjoy working with college students and adults that need help navigating big life changes. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and life transitions. I love to use different theories and have experience with CBT, SFBT, and ACT. I am open to working with any individual if they and I feel we would be a good fit.
