I have expertise working with people who have feelings of anxiety, such as ongoing worry, being overwhelmed, difficulty sleeping, and panic. I also have a particular expertise working with people who have weight, eating, and body image concerns. This includes struggles with binge eating, bulimia, body image concerns, and a difficult relationship with food.
I have a Master in Social Work from University of Washington and have worked for over 15 years in medical centers and in private practice providing counseling and support to patients.
