Hey there! I’m so glad you’re here. Asking for help is one of the strongest - and scariest - things a person can do. I would love to provide a comfortable and safe space for you to explore the things you want to change. Together we can think about pieces of your life that are sticky, that take up too much space. I’m here to be an unbiased sounding board, a shoulder to lean on, and someone who can call you out when you need it (we all need that sometimes). I aim to create an environment of openness and honesty, so we can cut through the surface level niceties and get to the heart of your needs.
I have experience working with depression, anxiety, OCD, anger, life transitions, relationship issues, and more. I work from a holistic, trauma-informed approach grounded in authenticity and connection that is tailored to each individual person’s needs. Some modalities I use include Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), ERP, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
Finding a therapist that’s a good fit often requires more than a short blurb. I offer 15 minute phone consultations so I can answer any lingering questions and see if you’re comfortable moving forward together. I have availability for video sessions at this time. I’m happy to provide referrals for other therapists if you’d like to pursue other options.
