Hey Ya'll! I can't wait to meet you. I've been working as a therapist in the Metro Atlanta area since 2018. I've worked with many different populations and age groups with many different reasons to begin counseling. While it can be scary to begin the process, I promise to meet you where you are, and sit in the comfortable and uncomfortable situations. I'm currently accepting both individual and couples.
CBT, narrative therapy, solution-focused, strengths-based, and family systems are my preferred therapeutic modalities. Anxiety, depression, religious trauma, LGBTQIA, childhood trauma, grief, current trauma, mood and personality disorders, relationship challenges, addiction, or managing daily stress are common topics we can work on together.
