As a trauma-informed art therapist, I believe in the healing power of the creative process and nonverbal expression. Art therapy helps to connect us with the parts of ourselves and our emotions that are buried deep inside. Left unattended, these emotions may surface in ways that disrupt satisfaction in life and in relationships.
I also provide cognitive-based talk therapy for those who are looking to address current patterns of functioning in favor of a more adaptive and fulfilling life. I am passionate about working collaboratively and compassionately with clients to establish an approach to treatment that feels both safe and supportive of each person's unique needs.
