Are you struggling with worry, overwhelm, and stress? Are you feeling limited or stuck in life? I provide a therapeutic space that is compassionate and engaging so that you can gain insight and uncover new paths forward. I aim to help you grow from the past to live an intentional and empowered life in the present. My work emphasizes developing both practical tools to help you in the short-term and deeper healing/trauma work.
I focus on anxiety, stress & burnout, childhood & relational trauma, codependency, counseling for single women, and high sensitivity (HSP). I enjoy working with other creatives! Therapy is not one size fits all - some modalities I use are psychoeducation, solution-focused, EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, ACT, psychodynamic, and creative arts therapy.
