I am a licensed clinical social worker and substance abuse counselor creating an empowering therapeutic relationship with individuals for over ten years. My approach is a trauma-focused approach focusing on removing barriers past trauma poses to improve mental, emotional, physical and social well-being.
My experience comes from practice in a variety of settings including individual, group and couple's therapy. I have extensive experience in treating both mental health (i.e. anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD) and substance use disorders.
