Support Empowerment Virtual Trauma Group
A group of 6-8 women who, in an empowering space, can learn strategies to better cope with traumatic experiences from the past as well as receive support. This group is trauma-informed and gender-responsive and based off of evidence-based trauma treatment. There is a focus on empowering one another, violence, self-soothing, your unique responses to trauma, the mind-body connection, and feelings. This group is ongoing and accepting new members.
