Do you need evening hours? I have 4 Weekly openings: Monday 7pm, Wednesday (4pm & 7pm), Thursday 1pm) and 3 Biweekly openings: Thursday (5pm & 7pm) and Friday 6pm. All are telehealth format. I currently accept only Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. If you are unsure about telehealth, it works well, provided you have a reliable internet connection and a confidential meeting place. Successful therapy has four objectives: to strengthen problem-solving abilities, enhance emotional coping skills, to initiate lasting behavior change. These are used to repair, maintain, and build healthy and meaningful interpersonal relationships.

The ideal client understands that therapy helps them to uncover strengths and learn new skills that will allow them to deal with the challenges that arise in life.
