I am a bilingual marriage and family therapist with twenty years experience working with individuals, couples, and families of various age groups and diversities. One of my primary focuses is Relationship counseling which teaches effective communication skills. Relationship counseling offers an excellent approach between parent and child to understand the stages of development and needs of the children. Another method that has been successful in my practice is Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. MBSR incorporates techniques such as meditation, gentle yoga and mind-body exercises to help people learn how to cope with stress.

I can provide telehealth services in WA and PA. I have been in the field of mental health and substance use disorders for over 20 years. I have worked in many aspects of field from case management to therapist. I have worked with many of my local community agencies to support the diverse populations I have worked with. I have worked with mostly youth, ages birth to 21, and families. I have obtained my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and substance use disorders from Walden University. I am nationally certified as a counselor. I currently am the director of a local behavioral health agency for children.
