I see each individual as unique and work to tailor treatment to meet individual needs. My passion as a counselor is working with tweens, teens and young adults (ages 12+). I work with clients to overcome anxiety, depression, improve self-esteem, social relationships, and navigate through life’s challenges.

Creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for you to process your experiences, explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and try new ways to thinking and behaving is my goal as your treatment provider.
