My approach is uniquely informed by my own experience being surrounded by a family of veterans and first responders. I strive to provide a warm and inclusive environment for individuals from all walks of life who are grappling with trauma-related issues, including depression and grief. I create a safe space where individuals can discover their inner strength and feel empowered to work through life experiences.

My personal approach is largely based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and often Solution-Focused to help individuals and/or couples to see actionable change. I am Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 3 trained and have advanced training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I specialize in relationship issues and anxiety disorders.

I am here to offer supportive/empathic counseling services in collaboration with adolescents, adults and families who've experienced a series of adverse life events.
