I specialize in working with children, teens, adults, and families who have experienced trauma, behavioral challenges, OCD, Agoraphobia, Panic Disorder, and Anxiety disorders.
Having been in the mental health realm for 12+ years now, I have learned that in life there can be great hurt, loss, and suffering but there is also great healing, hope, and joy. We all have a story we were made to tell. We were all made to heal and thrive in relationships. Each person's story is different but each person's story is full of strength, and courage. I'd like to walk with people on their road to healing and better health. I aim to help find resources of comfort, coping, and support. I hope to bring warmth, humor, and practical skills to help clients on their way, and help you lighten whatever burden you are carrying.

Accepting new clients! Your neurodivergence makes you feel "other" and "on the outside" in a world that is set up for neutrotypicals. The consistent pressure to function as if your brain is not different makes day-to-day life so exhausting you could burst. You are starting to come to terms with the fact that your intrusive thoughts and compulsions may actually be OCD, but you have no idea where to start with something that feels so big. You are tired of pretending that your partners aren't your partners when discussing... well, everything. You want to discuss the complexities and nuances of your relationships. ALL of them.

Accepting new clients! Let's be real, change and life transitions can be terrifying. Especially if they come about suddenly or unwillingly. Struggling with relentless panic, racing anxious thoughts, or paralyzing fear can impact your ability to show up in your life even in the most basic way. Whether your obsessions deal with contamination, checking, intrusive thoughts of harm, moral/religious scrupulosity, or anything else, OCD can often leave a person feeling isolated, trapped, and sometimes terrified of themselves. It can be incredibly overwhelming trying to navigate this all alone.

I have worked with survivors of domestic violence, people experiencing mood disorders, OCD, and survivors of trauma.
Fred Rogers says, "Anything that's human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary." I would love to work with you if you are ready to make your problems mentionable, and together we can work towards making them manageable.

I specialize in child trauma treatment, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, and couple's therapy.
I use 14+ years of experience to connect with your struggle, build a foundation of skills, then help you make the changes that will be sustainable. My time as a husband, father, college soccer coach, and brief drifter (LOL) allows me to empathize with many situations, difficulties and strengths.

I treat clients with anxiety-based disorders, ranging from OCD or panic disorders to generalized anxiety. Additionally, general life stressors, such as client's enrolled in college, is an area that I feel competent in and passionate about. An ideal client would be aware of their challenges and motivated to do the work that therapy often requires. I enjoy working with clients who have goals of increasing their overall life satisfaction, whether through learning skills such as self-regulation techniques or goals of learning about symptoms to reduce these symptoms and increase overall life satisfaction.

My primary focus is anxiety, depression, self esteem, phobias, fears, women's issues, OCD symptoms, agoraphobia, and finding meaning to life and answer questions like, why am I here? I have also worked with incarcerated individuals going in and out of the prison system and have knowledge in grief and bereavement therapies.
Hello, my name is Elizabeth DeLullo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over 12 years experience working with people from age 4 to 89. One of the best things about coming to therapy is the amount of courage it took for you to get here. You know what you want out of life and you know when you are not getting it. There is nothing I dislike more than to see human suffering. I have gone through my own and was determined to not let it ruin my life. Sometimes all it takes if for you to feel heard, understood, and feel validated.

The world does not always feel like it is set up for you to be a part of it. Struggles with panic, sadness, isolation, intrusive thoughts, identity, or feeling constantly overwhelmed by your environment and daily tasks and expectations make it all the more challenging. Neurodiverse adults experience the world differently, sometimes with diagnosed ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), they often face barriers to their social, emotional, and executive functioning. Many of my clients experience anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder ( OCD), depression, phobias, and PTSD with or without underlying ADHD or ASD.

Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD) Therapists
How long does OCD treatment take?
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is often treated on a weekly or twice-weekly schedule, depending on symptom severity and the client’s preferences. Some clients may start to see a noticeable improvement in symptoms in as little as six weeks, but it’s also possible, especially in more severe cases, for treatment to take several months to a year before significant progress is made.
What happens if OCD is not treated?
Some people with OCD, especially those with mild symptoms, may find that they are able to adapt reasonably well to life with the condition, even if their symptoms never resolve completely. However, many people, particularly those whose symptoms are severe at the outset, find that their obsessions and compulsions grow more intrusive with time, making it harder to maintain relationships, hold down a job, or navigate the world successfully.
Are there medications for OCD?
Medication can be used to treat OCD. The class of drugs most often prescribed are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SSRIs, which include fluvoxamine (under the brand name Luvox), fluoxetine (Prozac), and sertraline (Zoloft), among others. In cases of treatment-resistant OCD, other classes of medication, such as tricyclic antidepressants or atypical antipsychotics, may be prescribed. Medication is frequently used in conjunction with therapy.
Can OCD come back after treatment?
Yes. Major life transitions, periods of stress, or other factors can cause symptoms to return or, if they were never fully eradicated, to ramp back up in intensity. For some, these relapses are brief and do not require additional treatment; identifying specific triggers and practicing the skills learned in therapy can help speed their course. For others, returning to therapy for a brief period can help address the underlying stress and strengthen coping mechanisms.
