Hi there! My name is Taylor Rotolo (she/her) and I am a licensed clinical social worker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. I offer telehealth only for right now however I am hopeful to be able to offer in person services in the future. I have been a therapist for 5 years and a social worker for 9 years. Social work is my passion and helping people heal into self love is my purpose. I absolutely love to serve people in their healing journeys. I am committed to being the change as I serve as a social worker. I feel truly blessed to do this work.

Hi, I’m Neal Holmes. I am a believer in holistic and collaborative therapy. I am a liberation and embodiment-oriented healing companion, passionately empowering clients that are seeking a trauma-certified practitioner, are Queer/LGBTQ+ identified, as well as people exploring the spectrum of gender, sexuality, sexual expression as well as expansive relationship structures (poly, ethical non-monogamy, swinging, etc). I specialize in CPTSD, Sexual/Relational/Intergenerational Trauma, Gender Dysphoria, Grief, Anxiety, as well as treating and destigmatizing compulsive sexual and non-sexual behaviors of all types. I help a wide range of clients: those seeking personal growth as well as those moving through depression, anxiety, betrayal, grief, career and life transitions or interpersonal tensions or conflicts. I assist individuals, couples and leaders during times of conflict or life/career transition to move with intention toward new possibilities. When a client is feeling stuck or struggling to pay attention to "what matters most", we work in a collaborative way to recognize underlying obstacles to their well-being and identify practical actions to move them forward.

I view therapy as an opportunity to build a meaningful life. This can be through either discovering new meaning or recognizing meaning that's been there all along. In building therapeutic relationships, I aspire to form genuine, authentic connections with patients. My specialities include working with those experiencing existential anxiety or dread, those with complicated grief, trauma survivors, those with persistent suicidal ideation, and those who use drugs and aren't interested in abstinence.

You are aware of your challenges, stuck in patterns of thought, action or inaction that you can't seem to escape. Your life, and/or the relationship you want, is waiting for you, but you can't get to it. There's something on the other side of this feeling, as if you are missing something. I offer creative, practical treatment that promotes resilience and helps you build the life you imagine using an engaged, creative approach. When you feel you no longer need to see me, and you trust the coping skills and perspective you have developed, our work is complete, and that is my goal for our work together. I'm licensed in NY/CA/NJ and PA.
