I will work with people experiencing general life stressors and major life transitions, and/or diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. I will work with you to find the best format of therapy to meet you where you are. I believe in a light, humorous, and warm atmosphere when it's called for, but will just as quickly walk with you through the more challenging times of life. You'll feel welcome with me, and we'll work to translate that into the rest of your life.
