Khawaja Saad Haye (call him Saad) is a Trauma & PTSD Specialist. He acquired specialty certifications in clinical trauma. He has helped clients who experienced trauma from childhood, sexual assaults, war, and racial trauma. His approach is strengths based, skills based and solution focused. Saad helps his client's understand their visceral reactions and will support them in the moment to attend to themselves in an effective manner. It is not uncommon for Saad to point out physical shifts in session to help the client be more aware of how their mind-body are interconnected.

I enjoy working with clients who are motivated and ready to work on areas in their life they feel growth potential in. My practice does not target specific types of clients, but rather is open to all possibilities presented. I assist clients in creating their own personalized goals as we partner to help reach those goals as defined by the client's own expectations and wants.

Welcome and thank you for being here. I am a 2nd generation, mixed-race licensed social worker, and yoga instructor. I graduated with a MSW from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2013 and have worked with a variety of marginalized populations in clinics, hospitals, schools, homes and group homes. I’ve completed over 500 hours of training in hatha yoga, trauma-informed yoga, yoga philosophy + social justice. ​

Monique attended Chestnut Hill College where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She took her love for working with others to the next level and decided to complete her Master’s Degree in Human Services. She has over 15 years of experience in counseling and social services. Her primary focus has been in clinical work. Monique specializes in Trauma Informed and CBT therapeutic approaches. She holds a strong background in working with both Adolescents and Adults.

People enter therapy with me for many types of reasons at different stages of their lives. Someone may be processing a recent life transition or anticipating changes in the future. Many people have had something specific happen recently that was stressful, sudden or difficult for them. Often, people find they are struggling to cope with their emotions after many cumulative and sequential events. Sometimes, a specific relationship needs to come into focus and be healed. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to identify problem areas they would like to spend time on with the goal of finding peace and ease in their lives.

As an expatriate who deeply values diversity, multiculturalism, and being an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community, I'm committed to incorporating cultural humility and awareness into the therapeutic space. I have supported clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief & loss, childhood trauma, and intersectional identity issues related to race, gender, and sexuality.
