With more than two decades of combined experience as a mentor, life coach, and equine-assisted coach and educator, I utilize multiple approaches for moving through anxiety, fear, stress, past and present trauma, grief and loss, college/career transitions, and relational challenges as well as developing leadership, team-building, and communication skills. I specialize in serving women, teen girls, equestrians, and leaders.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has been working within the field for 10+ years. My work focuses on both assessment and treatment of toddlers, children, and teens who are experiencing difficulties with behavior, mood, development, and cognition. Though I tailor my treatment to the individual needs of each client, I most often incorporate behavioral and solution-focused techniques and work collaboratively with others in the child's life. Now in private practice, I previously worked for various schools and clinics in Chicago, IL, Nationwide Children' s Hospital in OH, and the National Institutes of Health in MD.

I have been a Mental Health Therapist serving children and adolescence for over 7 years.  I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor. I am licensed in both DC and Pennsylvania. I hold a certification in TFCBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and am in the process of obtaining my Registered Play Therapy Licensure.
