My approach to treating is… working off a strength-based philosophy. I look for internal resources and personal strengths that can be pulled from the patient in order to help create empowerment and self-compassion. My approaches are largely emotion centered and relational. I identify individual strengths/areas of resource, challenge disruptive patterns/thought processes, and help replace with skills that acknowledge the rooted pain, while at the same time, encourage stepping outside areas of comfort. I also include sessions for self-exploration, to help clients better understand the whys and how’s of their own internal processes

Thomas W. Yokoyama is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2007. Thomas has always used a strength-based approach whether it was working with client in community mental health, private practice, or family-based settings to help them identify their own goals and discover solutions to their goals. He does not rely on any one approach to problem solving since each person is unique. Outside of work, Thomas is very active and enjoys playing sand volleyball, swimming, playing golf and prior to the pandemic listening to live music.

Allison holds a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and has worked in outpatient, inpatient, residential, and BHRS/wraparound settings in a variety of roles during her career in the mental health field. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, with over 11 years of experience in providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Anthony Russo is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2007. Anthony can help a client to understand that a long journey to recovery is marked by very small, but consistent steps. Xe can support change and action by recognizing a client's personal strengths and then placing a plan in action toward more goal-focused areas. Anthony's specialties are working with individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder, and various forms of addictions.

Jodi received her Master of Science from Case Western Reserve University. As a licensed clinical social worker, she works with children, families, individuals, and couples. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in treating depression, anxiety, loss, and trauma. She is a certified trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapist who also has a strong background in family therapy and working with individuals with mood disorders, adjustment issues, relationship issues, abuse issues and grief and loss.

Dr. Centrella received her Psy. D. from Chestnut Hill College. She provides psychotherapy for children, teens, adults, and families. Dr. Centrella has experience treating many mental health issues, including ADHD, ODD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, and anxiety. Dr. Centrella believes that each client is truly unique and her eclectic approach to therapy, often including CBT and a family systems approach, allows for treatment to be tailored to the individual.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Substance Abuse Professional with DoT and DBT certified therapist. I hold a master's degree in Public Health and Counseling Psychology . I am interested in treating a wide array of issues, including depression, anxiety, and substance-related disorder and Personality Disorder. I am also specialized in group and individual therapy. As a mental health therapist, I am passionate about helping my patients foster self-awareness and gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
