Life can be hectic and overwhelming. Especially when you're struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, separation/divorce, issues with your children, issues with being a teenager, etc. The overwhelming feelings can get to be too much. I am a neuropsychologist who specializes in Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease, Concussion/Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and Memory Loss Assessments. I also have expertise with working with individuals injured at work or in auto accidents.

As a therapist, I like to reach out to those who feel their life is spiraling out of control. My specialty is addressing behaviors, such as ADHD or Conduct Disorder, accepting who you are as an individual, and helping you realize you have the key to change your situation. For those who want to get their emotions under control, perhaps due to bipolar disorder or anxiety disorder, together we will work to get your life moving "straight forward."

Mallory specializes in Maternal Mental Health and Couples Therapy. Her main goals are to help her clients achieve a sense of control over self, life, their choices, and their relationships. Oftentimes people come to therapy when they feel dissatisfied with some or all areas of their lives; struggling to figure out why or what to do about it. Mallory works with individuals and couples to rebuild their relationship after disconnect with self and/or others. Mallory is available Monday-Thursday from 8am-3pm for office or telehealth sessions.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over five years of experience working with children of all age ranges. I also provide individual, couple, and family counseling for adults. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence based psychotherapy methods to help clients. Taking a holistic approach ensures all aspects of a clients life are taken into account to help achieve treatment goals.
