I work by partnering with teenagers, young adults, and adults who are seeking help with depression, anxiety, life transitions, mood disorders, grief, loss and relationship issues. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy, learning new coping skills, and changing unhealthy thought patterns. I am here to help you set goals and work to achieve them in a no-pressure, non-judgmental, and safe environment.

EMDR Certified Therapist: If you are struggling with the effects of depression, which also involves anxiety, low self-esteem, and feelings of isolation or inadequacy, I can help provide and teach you the skills necessary to be more successful, happy, and content in your life. We will work together to identify unhealthy thought patterns, unhealthy activities, negative choice cycles, and more so that you can live your best life.

I use a person-centered approach in counseling to build a foundation of trust and openness. When anxiety, depression, stress, relationships and life responsibilities feel overwhelming you may sometimes feel like you have lost yourself. Our locations in Lancaster, Hershey, Lehigh Valley (Emmaus), Lancaster Downtown, Lebanon, York, and Pittsburgh, offer in-person mental health therapy to people aged six+. Online therapy is available across PA. My goal as an Art Therapist is to promote realistic expectations for healing and to provide you with a genuine atmosphere to feel supported and accepted. I believe the therapeutic relationship and bond is essential to your growth and I always strive to make the client feel comfortable and safe. I specialize in working with children ages 4-18 and am open to working with adults. I have experience working with mental health disorders, behavioral challenges, grief/loss, adoption/foster-care, and trauma.

Many of us experience more unwanted emotions than the preferred ones, which can prompt our unhelpful reactions. If you have difficulty accepting or coping with a problem in life, I welcome you to begin therapy sessions with me. I can also support you if you’re having difficulty managing anxiety, depression, grief, or unhelpful thinking patterns.

Through a highly personalized approach tailored to each client's individual needs, I assist clients in identifying limiting beliefs and outmoded coping mechanisms that may be standing in the way. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues.
