I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and I work specifically with children, adolescents, young adults and families who are interested in navigating life's challenges, gaining new perspective, and building better relationships. My therapeutic approach is integrative as I integrate evidence-based practices with client focused goals to produce meaningful results.

My ideal candidate is struggling with intrusive thoughts and anxiety; they need both a safe space to share their thoughts and emotions, as well as guidance; their goals are to develop a healthier relationship with themself, as well as develop coping skills and tools to manage their mental health concerns better.

While I believe there is no perfect client, I always hope whoever I am working with is able to develop a trusting relationship with myself as their therapist. It is my role to ensure privacy is met to build that trust. I believe it is so important to remember there is no grade associated with therapy, you will only receive the support for trying your best. The benefit of therapy comes from being your authentic self and being vulnerable to allow conversations regarding why you scheduled therapy in the first place.

An ideal client for me is someone who has difficulty managing their emotions, engages in frequent negative thinking, and has trouble communicating their needs with family and friends. They want to decrease their anxious or depressive behaviors but have little knowledge of how to begin regulating their emotions.

I am a Psychoeducational Therapist/ Behavioral Specialist and a Certified Biofeedback Specialist; and have been practicing with successful outcomes for over 35+ years.

Chandra Campana, LPC has over 20 years of experience treating various populations. Chandra began her practice working with children, adults and families in hospitals, schools and outpatient settings. Chandra’s focus, in recent years, became more specialized towards working with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, and perinatal mood disorders. Chandra’s therapeutic approach combines CBT, psychotherapy, family systems and somatic experiencing techniques in collaboration with a client's needs, lending to an integrative approach.

Mobile Team Support Services is a Mobile Service provided by two Licensed Clinical Professionals available in the Bucks and Montgomery County areas, to clients, ranging in age from child to adult, with emotional,mental, behavioral health needs in the community, home, or school settings. The Mobile Support Team consists of Brigitte DeChiaro, Licensed Professional Counselor and Christopher Diggles, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a mobile support meeting you in your environment and community..

As an individual and couples therapist and a parenting coach for over 25 years, I am very experienced at working with clients in crisis. Often a marriage is in trouble or just not enough. I have done work with children/adolescents and their families. Mental health concerns manifest differently in children/teens than they do in adults, and I know what to look for and how to help find the skills to help.
