I'm here to assist with various challenges like anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, self-harm, and personality disorders. My focus lies particularly in trauma therapy. In our first session, I'll tailor our approach to suit your needs and optimize outcomes.

Our locations in Lancaster, Hershey, Lehigh Valley (Emmaus), Lancaster Downtown, Lebanon, York, and Pittsburgh, offer in-person mental health therapy to people aged six+. Online therapy is available across PA.
