As an experienced clinical social worker in substance use treatment and chronic mental illness, I am able to work one-on-one with individuals to assist them in creating positive changes in their lives. I've worked in a variety of settings including: home-based environments, intensive outpatient programs, outpatient settings, and inpatient co-occurring treatment centers.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns; such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma, addiction and abuse. My counseling style is motivational and encouraging. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Motivating people to help them help themselves has provided past clients with long term success.

I have been working with individuals of all ages for over 15 years. I have always been passionate about helping others and would love to support you whether you are simply going through some tough times, needs some motivation in making a change in your life or are struggling with some more difficult challenges. I have worked with a variety of populations including victims of trauma; parents, adolescents and children struggling with mental health or other neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, etc). and individuals working to make lifestyle changes such as diet and nutritional changes.
