We believe in early intervention and supporting people through their feelings, thoughts, transitions, and adversities as early as possible in order to reduce the onset of more serious psychopathology in later years. We also believe in compassionately supporting the family system and educating parents on childhood development, parenting strategies, healthier ways to manage their own emotions, breaking generational trauma, and learn healthier communication and connection.

Mandy Farrell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania who started practicing in 2021. She completed her Bachelors in Social Work at Temple University and her Masters in Social Work at Widener University.

While I am open to and confident in working with all ages and populations, a focus and passion of mine are young adults. Young adults that are seeking a higher quality of life, looking to better understand their emotions, to process past traumas, manage/reduce anxiety, manage/reduce depression, keep stable moods, and clearly identify their short and long-term therapy goals - aimed toward building lifelong self-confidence and self-esteem.

Skeptical about therapy or that things can change? I was too, before I saw a therapist myself. I too have experienced the societal stressors and family life issues and come to this work eager to empower my clients that you too can experience sustainable happiness. I view the mental health recovery process as similar to climbing a mountain: the first steps may feel overwhelming at times, however, therapy is a partnership where I can provide tools that help my clients get where they would like to go, while also building resiliency and strength for the future. Throughout the process, I will provide encouragement and at times, remind you to look back at how far you have come. Furthermore, I provide a non-judgmental and empathic space for this journey to occur.

In working with children and adolescents (ages 5-17) you accept the responsibility of meeting with a population who may not have consented to therapy. Although guardians act within the child's best interest, the intervention may not be something the adolescent supports at the time. With this understanding, my primary goal is to simply connect regardless of who walks through that door. Progress cannot occur without a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. Amanda Alleman is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2020. Amanda offers a laid-back approach where she encourages individuals to be themselves and comfortable in the experience. Amanda likes to meet people where they are to provide an environment where they feel safe to be open and honest. Amanda believes that clients should lead their treatment and she is merely a supportive partner in the process to get each person to their desired goal!
