As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have experience (and enjoy!) working with clients of all ages. I regularly work with children as young as 4, adolescents, college-age clients, and adults alike. I am equipped to help clients who are experiencing symptoms related to depression, anxiety, anger, ADHD, self-esteem, body image, eating habits/behaviors, divorce, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, relationships, behavioral concerns, sexuality and gender exploration (LGBTQIA+), academic or school issues, and phase of life adjustment or transitions.

Engaging in therapy provides the opportunity to make positive life changes, including support with coping with anxiety and stress, adjusting to life transitions, thriving in relationships with others, and better understanding oneself. I'm happy to be able to empower clients, with the skills and knowledge learned from therapy, to reach their goals and potential.

The decision to seek treatment is often very difficult. I work to make the therapeutic environment comfortable, offering a non-judgmental arena to work on issues of addiction, sexual addiction and trauma. I work to meet the client where they are in the moment and help guide them on the journey to recovery, well-being and peace of mind
