I am currently offering Recovery Coaching to individuals who are working on Mental Health and/or Substance Use challenges. Coaching assists a person with creating a pathway to move forward for personal or professional growth. Coaching can help you identify self-limiting beliefs and behaviors that may be preventing you from moving forward. Coaching is not therapy or counseling and there may be times that I will require a person to also connect with therapy when that additional support is necessary.

My clinical experience includes helping individuals, adults, and couples with issues relating to anxiety, depression, life changes, stress management, anger management, grief and loss, trauma, and communication skills. In addition to these areas I has extensive knowledge and practice in assessment and diagnostics having had an intensive experience practicing in a highly regarded assessment and evaluation program in New York and developing an assessment and evaluation program at a RTC in Oregon. During my free time I enjoy kayaking with my family, hiking with my dogs, and getting coffee with friends.
