Amanda Hernandez is a mental health professional with over two years of clinical experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Marsha obtained her Bachelors in Psychology and Sociology (with a certificate in her studies race, gender, and sexuality) from the University of Pittsburgh. She has her Masters in Counseling from Immaculata University and MBA, with a concentration in Healthcare Systems Management, from Desales University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Advanced Addiction and Drug Counselor (CAADC) in the state of Pennsylvania. Marsha committed to helping you meet your goals by tailoring her therapeutic approach to fit the unique needs of each child, adolescent, adult, couple or family.

I enjoy working with young adults going through transitions and adjustment issues. These young adults may struggle with moving forward due to unresolved childhood trauma, or an individual may struggle to establish better boundaries within their interpersonal/intimate relationships, or even an individual struggling to meet their goals due to a substance use disorder they are facing. I enjoy working with these individuals, especially if they have moderate-high motivation, but I am also willing to assist patients in the population who are struggling with motivation altogether.

Mariah Williams is a Pre-Licensed Clinical Counselor with 2 years of experience working in the field. She has gained experience working with age groups from children to adults. Mariah specializes in trauma, crisis intervention, anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and life transitions. As someone with a physical disability, Mariah has personal experience with adapting to unique obstacles and coming up with creative ways to transition well to unexpected challenges. Allison Craig is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. Allison specializes in family conflict, relationship issues, depression, trauma, and anxiety.

I enjoy empowering the individuals that I work with to help them make a decision in the direction they would like to see their lives go. Through several Cognitive Behavior Techniques, we are able to discover faulty cognitive patterns that may or may not have led to automatic negative thoughts (ANTS). As we discover those faulty cognitive thinking patterns, we are able to help individuals reframe negative thought patterns to help relieve symptoms of depression, anxiety, and raise self-esteem. I am also trained in EMDR. Sometimes painful memories get locked in our brains. EMDR helps process those memories, where the brain does it all.

Recognizing negative cycles, we delve into the emotional core, guiding couples to build a strong, loving and resilient bond.

My ideal client wants something better, has no idea what "better" is or looks like, and has no idea where to start. They are still determining if they are ready to start or commit to that change. What they need is a person and a space to figure it out. Deep down, they know where they are right now can be better, whether in relationships, emotions, daily habits, major life goals, or anything in-between. But, most importantly, they want a space where they can process and grow from that place and build a sustainable life.

My ideal client struggles with Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Trauma, and/or related conditions. They are motivated for change or at least open to the possibility of change. They are open to feedback and willing to lean into the therapeutic process. They do not need to have clear goals for the therapeutic process right away but are willing to work to identify these goals in the treatment process. They would want to improve their life in some way, or even just their relationship with themselves.

Renae Henry is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2012. She has a Bachelor's of Social Work from Cairn University and a Master's of Social Work from Rutgers University. Renae personally has almost lost her life and struggled with infertility issues. This has given her a unique perspective on health issues, grief, and trauma. Renae feels she can understand what clients are experiencing and help them to walk through those challenges. It has also made her very open minded and welcoming to everyone's story and struggle.
