I don't believe there is such a thing as an "ideal client." I enjoy the challenge of each individual and assisting them in reaching their goals and living life at their greatest potential. I see each client as a puzzle that we are going to work together to solve. Clients can address goals like needing direction in their career or needing coping strategies for addressing depression both are equally important and something I am ready to pair with them and accomplish. Trauma work can be scary so I will use humor to put my clients at ease in session. no matter the issue, i look forward to getting to know my clients and helping them

We are especially skilled at working with those who are uncomfortable with the idea of therapy. Clients have described us as “Therapists for people who don’t like therapy”.
