Life can be hectic and overwhelming. Especially when you're struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, separation/divorce, issues with your children, issues with being a teenager, etc. The overwhelming feelings can get to be too much. I am here to let you know, that there is help in dealing with these struggles. I will be here every step of the way, guiding you through your struggles. I work with client's struggling with a range of emotional health and lifestyle issues. I enjoy using humor in my therapeutic approach as well as strengths-based focus to help you achieve your goals of emotional wellness. I am currently accepting morning/early afternoon telehealth appointments Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays (evening hours and in-office are full at this time).

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Hypnotherapist, I work with individuals who experience chronic anxiety, depression, and unwanted habits. I understand trauma and its affects from a personal and professional standpoint. My style is warm, but solution-focused.
