Hi there! I’m Donnah Vance. I am trained in DBT, EMDR, and EFT. I am a LPC therapist and certified with NCC. I understand how hard it is to heal from an emotionally dark, numb, or even hopeless place because I have been there too. When I went through my divorce, taking care of basic needs was challenging, and some days getting out of bed felt like a BIG task. For this reason, I primarily serve couples whose marriages are struggling but still want to make it work. Also, because traumatic events are quite common, I serve those who have been traumatized and deal with PTSD.
