As a Board Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages battle anxiety. Stressful experiences can trigger anxiety and unmanaged anxiety may escalate to panic attacks. “Am I having a heart attack?” or “Am I about to die?”, are common questions when overrun with anxiety. This is your body responding to elevated fear and stress. Together we will identify tools that is unique to you overcoming the debilitating effects of anxiety. You have found someone who will listen, educate, and encourage you in your journey. Change is possible and there is hope.
Through virtual sessions we get a better understanding of the source of your anxious thoughts. Implementation of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Solution Focused therapies, will guide our time together. As your counselor, I am here to help you discover your strengths and gain confidence in your ability to facilitate the change you desire.
