Sometimes we need help to break out of the darkness in our lives and minds. Trauma, loss, grief, substance use, and disrupted relationships can all result in finding yourself in a dark place.
Working through trauma and losses in life often requires help. Out of Darkness Counseling provides a safe place to explore this things in your life, compassion and empathy, and a place to be heard. I collaborate with each individual to meet yours needs and goals in a way that respects that you are the expert in yourself.
