My passion is supporting those who’ve experienced trauma to regain control and overcome feelings of inadequacy, attachment issues, boundary struggles, and chronic anxiety or depression. I specialize in working with survivors of family trauma and abusive relationships, including narcissistic abuse, and Complex PTSD (C-PTSD).
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a graduate of the Columbia University DBT Training program. I integrate evidence-based practices such DBT, CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness-based approaches into my therapeutic work. I'm also trained in Dr. Lindsay Gibson's "Treating Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents".
