I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M International University and have experience working with all ages. I help individuals managing lifestyle changes, relationship issues, and severe mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and trauma. My approach to therapy is personalized and focused on helping you lead a fulfilling, balanced life.
I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M and am a bilingual counselor. I've worked with Spanish-speaking clients of all ages, on issues from lifestyle changes to severe mood and anxiety disorders. I've also assisted individuals struggling with major depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and trauma.
