Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia with over 9 years of experience in the field of counseling and 4 years of providing Licensure supervision. I have worked with a variety of individuals and issues, to include children, teenagers, and adults of all ages. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual trauma, DID, compulsive behaviors, and anger management to name a few. I am also a Sex positive, ENM and Kink friendly/knowledgeable therapist. I also have worked on relationship issues, sex and intimacy issues, family interaction challenges, parenting issues, career needs, and everyday challenges.
My counseling style is interactive, collaborative, and inviting. I am open, warm, compassionate and respect the thoughts and feelings of others. My approach is a mixture of Solution-focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt, Person Centered therapy, and other styles applied based on your needs.
