My expertise is in emotional release therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, clinically supporting and empowering you to release the painful emotions and agonizing thoughts consuming your peace. For couples, I am passionate about helping you resolve the power struggle "to be heard" that happens in relationships, helping you see that the past can influence how you both show up to each other. We build mutual understanding, conflict resolution and communication skills, and address the areas causing disunity, sometimes that means generational trauma.
